Menstrual cycle 7 days

Follicular phase 13-14 Days

Ovulation 4-6 days

Luteal Phase 12-15 days

Here below is a color-coded example of my cycles. Refer to the picture for a better understanding.

Explanation: There is an overlapping happening between follicular(Blue) and luteal phase(Pink). While you are on your period, you are also in your follicular phase. The same goes for ovulation; you are also in your luteal. Where the difference lies in these four phases is the energy shift, nutritional needs, Productivity levels, and so on. That is why you have to cycle sync.
